I'll be honest, when i look at this I just hear that track I heard a million times on Tik Toks during Covid. I love it though. This piece is a representation of that feeling when you're driving up the A82 late and night and you kind of squint your eyes to try and see clearly. It's a picture of the beauty in chaos on the journey, and yet a steady reminder that the journey, though wild, is not actually the destination.
I love to paint and draw with ink. It's the actual best. In this one, if you squint your eyes, it looks like the spirit moving through Glen Coe, over the hills and through the Valleys. May you see, not just what is seen, but what is unseen too.
